Pioneer Corridor

The Pioneer Corridor is a project to reconnect downtown and the Boise River through redeveloping a historic walkway and the River Street neighborhood it passes through. The Corridor vision includes better bicycle and pedestrian connectivity, new mixed-use residential redevelopment and celebration of the neighborhood's cultural history.

CCDC's efforts to advance the Pioneer Corridor include working with nearby landowners and residents, the City of Boise and other stakeholders to design and implement improvements to the historical walkway and the former Pioneer Street.
