CCDC CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
City Center Garage Stair Replacement Project
CCDC is removing the stairs that have deteriorated over time and replace them with pre-cast concrete stairs. West side construction begins early October, 2011.

Gardner Company announced plans to build a 15 story building on 8th and Main to include two floors of retail, three floors of parking, and ten floors office space.

Boise Streetcar
In May 2010, an evaluation of the proposed E/W streetcar route was completed. Due to interest in an alternative route, CCDC has completed an initial evaluation of a N/S route.
