CCDC's role is on hold pending further interest by the parties. Currently the School District is focused on other projects, the City is considering its options for the Armory.

GBAD continues to explore public and private financing options and are updating the market study in light of the changed economic stiuation.

Property is under new ownership as a result of bankruptcy process. Robert Capps, the new owner, is exploring options for site. The property is for sale through Grubb & Ellis.

Library Blocks
No further action is anticipated on this effort pending the city's decision on the direction of new Main Library. Council & Library Board continue to explore funding options.
