Monthly Parking Wait List Policy
Due to the bond increment financing for the public parking garages, monthly parking permits/spaces are sold to individuals, not companies (though companies may choose to pay for their employees) and must be forfeited when the individual no longer parks in the facility.

DPPS manages the facilities for CCDC and must adhere to the covenants to ensure compliance with the bond financing requirements.

Each DPPS facility has a set number of spaces allocated for monthly parking available to the general public on a first-come first-served basis. The number of allotted monthly spaces is typically oversold by 15% in each facility. In the event the allotted spaces are sold out in a new facility, new customers interested in obtaining monthly parking are offered the opportunity to be added to the wait list.

All monthly parking is due on or before the first day of each month. Any monthly permits not purchased on or before the 5th of each month are subject to cancellation and will be offered to those on the wait list.

As spaces become available through cancellations and/or nonpaying customers, the customers on the list will be contacted (in the order they are on the list) to offer them the opportunity to sign up. Should customers turn down the space but wish to remain on the list or fail to respond within three business days they will be moved to the bottom of the list.
