1. Adelmann Building
The Adelmann Building project is the renovation of a downtown landmark across Idaho Street from City Hall. The project was completed in 2001, with CCDC participating in streetscape improvements.

2. Alexander Building
CCDC contributed streetscape improvements and reduced land costs for this historic retail/office building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

3. Boise Centre on the Grove
This 87,000-sq.-ft. convention center on the southwest corner of the Grove Plaza is the city's major event center, owned and operated by the Greater Boise Auditorium District. CCDC provided the land and built the underground public parking garage (Boulevard Garage).

4. Boise City National Bank Building
The Boise City National Bank Building project, completed in January 1997, involved the historic renovation of a 40,000-sq.-ft. turn-of-the-century sandstone building adjacent to the Eighth Street corridor and the Eastman public parking garage. The ground floor is retail, with the top three floors renovated into high quality office space. CCDC contributed streetscape improvements and reduced land costs, and leases office space on the fourth floor.

5. Boise Place
Boise Place is expected to be a 34-floor, 660,000 square-foot mixed-use project
with 2 floors of retail space, a 98-room hotel and at least 138
residential condominiums. Construction is planned to begin in
mid-2007.

6. Boulevard Garage
CCDC constructed this 222-space underground public parking garage off Capitol Boulevard and below the Grove Hotel in 1998. It provides nearby public parking for the hotel, Boise Centre on the Grove, office and retail development as well as special events on the Grove Plaza.

7. Broadbent Building
CCDC contributed by reducing land costs and streetscape improvements for this historic retail/office building.

8. Capitol Terrace
This project is a joint venture between CCDC and a private developer, and consists of two stories of retail and office uses, a public parking garage and a residential condominium tower. In addition, CCDC contributed by reducing land costs, construction of the public parking garage and streetscape improvements.

9. City Centre Garage
The City Centre Garage, located at Ninth and Front streets, is a seven-story, 600-space parking sturcture owned by CCDC. Completed in 2000, the facility serves the south end of the Central District as well as the growing commercial area along Eighth Street.

10. Transit Mall project
Along with the City of Boise and Ada County Highway District, CCDC participated in developing the downtown transit mall. CCDC provided the local match to federal transit funds used in the Eighth Street corridor development and for the transit mall bus shelters on Main and Idaho streets.

11. Eastman Garage
CCDC constructed this 396-space, public parking garage on Idaho Street between Eighth and Ninth in 1990. This garage is located in the heart of the downtown business district and provides parking for adjacent retail, restaurant and office uses.

12. Egyptian Theater
This classic example of the Egyptian revival style has been fully restored and is in regular use for movies as well as concerts and lectures. CCDC participated by reducing land costs and streetscape improvements.

13. Eighth Street
CCDC transformed the section of Eighth Street between Bannock and Main streets
by narrowing the street and widening and repaving the sidewalk
in brick to create an outdoor pedestrian promenade and café-style
dining area in a two-phase project completed in 1988. It is part
of an intensive pedestrian zone connecting the central downtown
core to the Grove and the cultural district beyond it. CCDC acquired
ownership of this section of Eighth Street from the Ada County
Highway District and the roadway portion can be closed for special
events such as the Capital City Public Market on Saturday mornings
from April thorugh October..

14. Fidelity Building
This renovation of the historic building the northeast corner of Eighth and Idaho includes retail and office uses. CCDC participated in reducing land costs and streetscape improvements.

15. Grove Hotel and Bank of America Centre
The Grove Hotel and Bank of America Centre is a 250-room convention hotel combined with a 5,000-seat sports arena and events center adjacent to Boise Centre on the Grove. There are nineteen one- and two-bedroom residential luxury condominiums and a 30,000-sq.-ft. full service health facility with a two-level sports bar. The Bank of America Centre opened in September 1997 and the Grove Hotel opened in January 1998. CCDC participated through reducing land costs, purchase of parking garage and streetscape improvements.

16. The Grove Plaza
The Grove has become the cultural epicenter of downtown. Representing a major investment by CCDC to provide a park-like area for community gatherings, the area has become a magnet for social and cultural events as well as many special celebrations. Activities such as Alive After Five, Boise River Festival and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremonies entertain crowds of up to 5,000 people.

17. Idaho Building
This six-story, 70,000-sq.-ft. building at the southeast corner of Eighth and Bannock streets is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The renovation resulted in retail, office and 47 residential apartments. CCDC participated with streetscape improvements.

18. Key Bank
CCDC contributed the streetscape improvements during the substantial remodeling of this building in the early 1990s. The 12-story tower encloses 150,000 square feet of office space.

19. McCarty Building
The McCarty Building is the rehabilitation of an existing building on the northeast corner of Ninth and Idaho streets. This renovation involved the second through fourth floors and was completed in December 1998 with CCDC participating through reducing land costs and streetscape improvements.

20. Union Block Building
Union Block Building is the historic renovation of a 30,000-sq.-ft. building on Idaho Street. The project is a half block from City Hall, across from the Capitol Terrace public parking garage. It has a multitenant retail ground floor with 11,000 square feet of office space, plus the 5,000-sq.-ft. Rose Room ballroom on the second floor. The project was completed in May 1997 with CCDC participating through reducing land costs and streetscape improvements.

21. US Bank Building
The tallest building in Idaho (until Boise Tower's completion), the US Bank Building was the first building erected in the Grove Plaza project. CCDC contributed by reducing land costs and streetscape improvements.

22. Wells Fargo Building
For this landmark eleven-story, 207,000-sq.-ft. building on the northwest corner of the Grove Plaza, CCDC contributed by reducing land costs and built the underground public parking garage (Ninth Street Garage).
