1. Ninth & Idaho Center
The Ninth & Idaho Center is an eight-story, 100,000-sq.-ft. office building located in the heart of downtown Boise at Ninth and Idaho streets. The first floor accommodates 8,000 square feet of retail space. The upper floors are dedicated to high quality office space. This project was completed during the summer of 1999 with CCDC participating through reducing land costs, streetscape improvements and public art.

2. Bon Marché Street Frontage
In an effort to retain the remaining downtown department store, CCDC and the Bon Marché made investments in and around the Bon Marché property located at Tenth and Idaho streets. Complementing the interior-remodeling project, CCDC installed street frontage improvements making the streetscape consistent with the rest of downtown.

3. Idanha Building
This renovation and adaptive reuse project by a private developer was completed in 2001. The old Idanha Hotel was converted into apartments with ground floor and basement-level retail, partially funded through low-income housing tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits. CCDC participated with streetscape improvements.

4. One Capital Center
Located on Main Street between Ninth and Tenth, this 15-floor, 567,000-sq.-ft. office tower is a downtown icon and houses corporate and regional headquarters for major companies such as Simplot and Qwest. CCDC participated by reducing land costs.

5. Statehouse Inn
On Grove Street just west of the Boise Centre, this 112-room hotel serves the convention center and other downtown visitors. CCDC participated by reducing land costs and construction of the adjacent public parking garage (Grove Street Garage).
