Parking Plans
In 2003 a study of Boise's off-street parking system was undertaken. Carl Walker, Inc., a nationally recognized expert in the parking field, conducted the analysis in conjunction with the work of the Downtown Public Parking System Task Force. The various products resulting from that effort are included below, listed in chronological order.
