Thank you for your interest in Capital City Development Corporation. CCDC is the redevelopment agency for Boise, Idaho. It is an independent public agency serving as a catalyst for quality private development through urban design, economic development and infrastructure investment. CCDC was formed under the provisions of TITLE 50, Chapter 20, Idaho Code and created by the Boise City Council in 1965.

Our purpose is to invest public funds in business districts and neighborhoods needing economic development and revitalization so these areas become great places for people to live, work and shop, allowing the whole community to prosper.

Provide information about the use of 8th Street (CCDC owns 8th Street from Bannock to Main) – for property & business owners, for the rental of 8th Street, for events and activities, for notification about street closures
